However, most webmasters, like me, do not have a foreign currency bank account, so they have to look for alternative ways. That’s when the search for options begins, like how and where can I cash out?

Many people probably think this is just ordinary bank check– took it and exchanged it at the bank for real money. What's so complicated about that? But in fact, a check from Google AdSense is personal and, moreover, it can only be cashed in those banks that accept checks for collection.

As far as I know, in Ukraine such banks include Privatbank and VTB 24 Bank, and in Russia things are even simpler. In Russia, in order to cash a check from Google AdSense, you just need to use the electronic payment system "Rapida" and forget about the headache.

How to cash a check from Google AdSense in Belarus?

In principle, acting according to the old and proven scheme - as in previous cases, in Belarus Google AdSense check can be cashed through bank. I won’t beat around the bush - not many banks work with collection checks in Belarus, and to be even more specific, only Belinvestbank works with such checks. At least in my region.

This method of cashing checks through a bank actually has a lot of unpleasant aspects that I think are worth talking about.

1. Not all banks work with collection checks.
2. The procedure for cashing a check through a bank takes quite a long time - from 2 to 6 months.
3. High bank commission.

Belinvestbank charges a one-time commission of 2% of the amount indicated on the check. At the same time, the minimum commission is $15, which will be quite a significant amount for checks that vary somewhere around the minimum threshold for payment in AdSense - 100$ .

Another unpleasant moment is that the commission must be paid immediately - when the check is accepted at the bank, and this money will not be returned to you, even if for some reason the check cannot be cashed.

Now you probably have a question, for what reasons might a check not be cashed?
Looking ahead, I answer - yes, if only because its validity period has expired.

Google AdSense receipts are valid for 6 months from the date of signing. Then you wait until it comes to you by mail, it’s good if you immediately go to the bank with it, it is accepted, processed, sent back to America, there it is verified, confirmed and sent back to your bank.

As you can see, the road is not close, and depending on the activity of bank employees and the length of the “first-come-first-serve” line, this procedure may take more than one month. And I wouldn’t be so sure if I hadn’t gone through all this myself.

4. And, of course, the tax office.

I think this is one of the most exciting questions for a webmaster.
What about taxes?

Alas, when cashing checks through banks, you will have to pay taxes, because in this case you are in full view. Well, or if you don’t pay taxes, then pay fines later! Imagine my surprise when, almost a year after cashing the check from Google AdSense, I came to the tax office, and they told me by name and surname what, what, when, where and how much!

In general, when withdrawing money through a bank, be prepared to appear at the tax office at least once a year, fill out a declaration and pay it to the state treasury 12% from your earnings. These are the harsh realities of our country!

If you calculate it like that, then it will be difficult to call it all earnings. Suppose you received a check for $100, then you paid $15 to the bank for accepting the check for collection, and paid 12% of the amount indicated on the check to the tax “fund.”

As a result, instead of 100 green dollars, you get about 73 bucks “clean”, which in the current conditions can only be withdrawn from the bank in Belarusian rubles. Agree, losing almost 30 percent of your earnings out of the blue is far from the most pleasant prospect, however, this option also has a right to life.

Cashing a check from Google AdSense via ePayService

When the holidays passed, I got ready to go to the bank, but there I was surprised to discover that in Ukraine everything is not easy with payments on virtual accounts.

I managed to cash Google checks, but to do this I had to do several manipulations, which you will learn about in this article. How to cash Google Adsense check through ePayService?

• The first thing you need to do is register on the company’s website. Once registered, you will be asked to upload scanned images of your passport pages. In fact, you can simply take photographs of the pages you need. After sending these photos you will have to wait a while. They will check and approve your registration.
• After this, in principle, you can start withdrawing money, so to speak, cash your check. To do this, you need to make a certain entry on the back of your check. 1 ) We go to the website online.epayservices.com, at the top click “Russian version”, then “registration”.

2 ) Select a personal account. A business account, as I understand it, is paid. We will leave the tariff as it is - basic. Ok, now you need to enter your phone number into the form and click on “send code”. An SMS with numbers will be sent to your mobile phone; you need to enter them into the form on the website and click on “verify”. Attention! Enter exactly the number from your mobile phone, since every time you enter the website online.epayservices.com it will always send you an SMS with a set of numbers. This was done for security purposes, although the developers probably did not take into account that this procedure could give any webmaster a migraine.

So, now all you have to do is fill out your contact information. There's your name, where you live, post office, etc. By the way, I filled out this information in English, I don’t know if it’s possible in Russian? In any case, it will help you if you have trouble with English. Good, now we just check the box that I have studied the specified information in detail, and click on the big button “apply for opening an account.”

3 ) Now we go to our mail, find there a letter from Online.ePayService and follow the link. Here we will be asked to scan all the pages of our passport and even those that are blank, as well as our foreign passport, if we have one, and our driver’s license. Everything is simple here, we make sure to scan all the pages, otherwise in 3-4 days you will receive a message that you have not downloaded all of them and your registration will be denied. Just in case, if you don’t have a scanner, take a flash drive to any computer club or office, where they make photocopies and print images. For 15-30 rubles they will scan everything for you.

4 ) Good, now you need, as I already wrote, to wait 3-4 days for your passport data to be processed. After this, you will receive an email with your username and password. By going to epayservices.com, you will be asked to enter them, as well as the numbers that will be sent to you in an SMS message.

5 ) Now go to the “iCheck” tab and read the instructions for cashing a check.

In short, you only need to take a few sequential steps.

— Tear off the subordinate part of the check. Where the green part of the check ends, there is a small cut that will allow you to separate the white part of the check from the green part. You can throw away the white one; you won't need it anymore.

- Now you need to clearly write on the back of the check, where it says ENDORSEHERE in English, For the credit to MTACC Inc. You will immediately need to write your first and last name in English, like on a check, and put your signature, like on a passport. It’s better to check in advance how your pen writes, since any corrections are unacceptable.

— Good, now scan the receipt on both sides as shown above. Be careful, your inscription should be at the top right, and not vice versa. Also note that each scan of a receipt should be no more than 3MB, otherwise it simply will not load. I personally got more than this value, but despite the fact that a receipt from Google Adsense cannot be trimmed or compressed in different programs to reduce its size, I found a fairly easy way out of this sticky situation.

Just open our scan through Photoshop, click “files”, “save as”, select the file type in the tab – JPEG. Before saving, a window will appear in front of you where you can adjust the quality of the image; the lower the quality, the less the image will ultimately weigh.

Ok, now we upload two of our scanned images of the receipt at once. If anything, the front side is where the check is green, and the back side is where you put your signature.

After this, you will need to wait, as a rule, no more than a day, when you receive a message in the mail that your check was accepted or not. If accepted, the date when the money will be credited to your account will be indicated down in the “date of credit” column. By the way, if the money still doesn’t arrive, write to the support service immediately, otherwise you’ll wait forever. In addition, if you just have a foreign check not from GoogleAdsense, then you will also have to send its original to their office by mail.

6 ) Once the funds are credited to you, they can be withdrawn from Online.ePayService in two ways.

Method 1. Just go to the WebMoney.z tab on the main page of the site, enter here the number of our wallet, whose currency is in dollars, and click send. I personally used this method. Out of just over $100, I was charged a commission of $5, which is not that much.

Method 2. We just get their plastic card. In a month, it will come to you by mail, where you can transfer your money to it from the Online.ePayService website and then withdraw it from any ATM.

How to cash a check from Google Adsense in Privat24?

The scheme is similar to the one described above, except that you should already have any plastic card from the Privat24 bank. After you start it, you will need to link it to their system; ask their support service about how to do this. After this, you will need to register on their website. Then go to the “more”, “services”, “Google check”, “new application” tab.

And upload copies of the scanned receipt. Just be careful here, since on the reverse side you will only need your signature and nothing more. It seems there is no need to tear off the subordinate part from the check either. Although, to be honest, the Online.ePayService service was enough for me, so here I no longer specified what and how to do.

How else can you cash your Google Adsense check?

As I said above, you can cash out through banks, but it will be just a hellish procedure. First, you will need to call all the banks that are in your city and ask them: “Do you accept personal checks issued by a foreign bank for collection?” If you tell them: “Do you cash foreign checks?”, they will not understand anything, no matter how strange it may sound. Also, if they accept checks, then ask them under what conditions, I think you will be in a little shock.

Ok, if they accept, take the check, passport, and some more cash, since you will pay the commission even before the check is cashed. Then you will have to stand in line for 1-2 hours and fill out a bunch of paperwork. After this, you will be told to go home, and they will call you when this whole procedure is over, and it lasts 2-3 months. Also, if your bank cannot agree with a foreign bank on cashing the check, then they will not return the commission that they took from you, but they will return the check -_-
